Method 1: Disabling Windows Firewall Settings
1 Open the Control Panel from the
Windows Start Menu and then select Windows Firewall
icon.
The Windows Firewall Dialog Box is displayed.
2 Select Turn Windows Firewall On or Off.
The
Customize Settings Dialog box is displayed.
3 Clear the Block all incoming connections, including those in the list of allowed programs
Check Box and click the OK Button.
