WINCH REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery.
2. Remove four fasteners
q
securing winch to mounting
plate.
3. Disconnect electrical wires from bus bar.
4. Disconnect contactor connector.
5. Remove the lower fastener on the passenger front
shock.
6. Remove winch from passenger side.
NOTICE
If required, remove winch mounting plate.
7. Remove four 15mm nuts
w
retaining mounting plate.
8. Remove winch mounting plate from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Reinstall winch bracket and fasteners
q
if previously
removed. If not, skip to step 2.
TORQUE
Winch Mounting Plate:
30 lb-ft (41 Nm)
2. Install the winch from the passenger side.
