7. Close the door slowly and guide the latch to the
striker.
NOTICE
The latch will click twice when fully locked.
8. With one person pushing the door inward and
upward, have a second person tighten the 13mm
door hinge fasteners

TORQUE
Door Hinge Fasteners:
27 lb-ft (37 Nm)
9. Check the front door gap on its leading edge.
NOTICE
If door gap adjustment is needed, make a small
adjustment to the striker pin vertical position and redo
steps 2, 7, and 8.
10.Verify the door properly open, closes, and locks.
11. Install plastic door panel covers.

IMPORTANT
Be careful not to damage body panels during door
adjustment. Leave the packaging on the door until fully
installed.
NOTICE
Ensure ROPS are installed before installing the door.
FRONT DOOR INSTALLATION
1. Remove plastic covers off of door panel.
