3. Remove the two fasteners
e
and washers securing
the speaker housing to the outer speaker bracket
assembly.
NOTICE
The outer speaker bracket assembly that is secured to
the ROPS may remain attached.
4. Remove the speaker assembly from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. If removed, loosely install the outer speaker bracket
assembly to ROPS tubing.
2. If remove, loosely install inner speaker bracket to
speaker assembly using fastener.
3. Position speaker assembly into corner of ROPS so
inner bracket is nested into ROPS crossmember.
Slide outer speaker bracket assembly along ROPS
tubing until nuts in bracket align with slots in speaker.
4. If required, temporarily remove speaker to tighten the
two fasteners of the outer speaker bracket assembly
and inner speaker bracket fastener.
5. Install the two fasteners

and washers securing the
speaker housing to the audio mounting bracket.
Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Speaker Mount Bracket Fasteners:
30 in-lbs (4 Nm
6. Install the rear inner speaker bracket to the ROPS
and install the fastener
w
securing the inner speaker
brackets to the ROPS.
TORQUE
Rear Speaker Mount Bracket Fasteners:
30 in-lbs (4 Nm
