SOURce:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:POWer:STOP <PowValue>
Defines the start and stop power of the leveling grid for physical port <PhyPt>.
After defining the leveling grid (using
SOURce<Ch>:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:FREQuency and
SOURce<Ch>:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:POWer commands), you
can start the leveling data acquisition using SOURce:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:
SLEVeling[:ACQuire].
