7.7 Chart Set Up Parameters
The CHART SET UP option allows you to set up the chartplotter according to
yoursystem configuration and your personal preferences.
Thefollowing table lists theChart Set up parametersand their options, shows
thefactorydefaultsetting,and providesa spaceforyou to make a noteof your
newdefault setting.Eachparameteris describedin the following subsections.
Customize Chart
Thisprovides a list of chart options,enabling you to specify how the chart
featuresare displayed.Most options can be toggled between on, off and
custom - custom passeson/off controlto the SCREEN soft keys (see
Customizing the Screen Presentation Options on page 2-13).
The followingfeaturescan be setusing Customize Chart,factorydefault
settingsare shown in bold type:
