4.5.5 Engineering mode
Parameters are classified into 23 function blocks. Initialize the parameters related to input, output, control,
the Event type etc.
Parameters in the Engineering mode are only available for monitoring in the RUN mode, the
FIX mode and the MAN mode. Switch to the RESET mode to set the parameters. It is
possible to set parameters in the function block 10 (F10) and the function block 11 (F11) in
the RUN mode, the FIX mode and the MAN mode.

Parameters in the Engineering mode (F10 to F80) should be set according to the
application before setting any parameter related to operation. Once the parameters
in the Engineering mode are set correctly, no further changes need to be made to
parameters for the same application under normal conditions. If they are changed
unnecessarily, it may result in malfunction or failure of the instrument. RKC will not
bear any responsibility for malfunction or failure as a result of improper changes in
the Engineering mode.
