4.5.1 SV setting & monitor mode
Set the parameters such as the Segment level and Segment time in progress or switch the Execution pattern
selection screen, monitor screen of the Pattern remaining time, Manipulated output value (MV) etc.
SV setting mode
Setting parameter varies with the operation mode (RESET, RUN, FIX, MAN) in the SV setting mode.
