followingprocedure:
1Disconnectthevessel’s3-phasemainsfuses.
2Changetwoofthe3-phaseconnectionsinthemains
connectionboxonthemotor.
3Re-insertthe3-phasemainsfusesinthevessel’sfuse
box.
4Checkthatthetransducershaftisloweredwhenbriey
pressingthehandcranksafetyswitchS303.

Setthehoist/lowerswitchS302totheSTOPposition.
7
Putthehandcrankbacktoitsstoragepositioninthe
MotorControlUnit.

Checkifthereissufcientspaceunderthekeelto
lowerthetransducer.
9
Makesurethattheexibletransducercableisin
suchapositionthatthetransducercanbeloweredwithout
stretchingorhard-bendingthecable.
Note
Watchthecablecarefullyduringthenextstepsinthis
procedure!
10 Setthehoist/lowerswitchS302toLOWERpositionto
lowerthetransducerallthewaydown.
•Loweringwillbestoppedautomaticallywhenthetopof
thetransducershaftmakescontactwiththelowerlimit
switchS305.
•Ifnecessary,theloweringoperationcaneasilybestopped
inanypositionbysettingtheswitchS302toSTOP
position.

Setthehoist/lowerswitchS302toHOISTpositionto
hoistthetransducerbackup.
•Hoistingwillbestoppedautomaticallywhenthetopof
thetransducermakescontactwiththeupperlimitswitch
S304.
•Ifnecessary,thehoistingoperationcaneasilybestopped
inanypositionbysettingtheswitchS302toSTOP
position.

Repeatthehoist/loweroperationtondthebest
positionforapermanentfasteningoftheexibletransducer
cable.

Setthehoist/lowerswitchS302toSTOP.
