DME Special Effect Operations
2 Press [Sketch], turning it on.
The Sketch effect is enabled.
3 Select the method for applying outlines in the <Sketch Mode> group.
Sketch: Apply an effect like a sketch.
Edge Color: Enhance the outlines.
Draw: Apply an effect like a line drawing.
Relief: Apply a bas-relief effect.
Sharp: Increase the apparent sharpness.
4 Set the following parameters, according to the method selected in step 3.
• When Sketch is selected
a) 100.00 gives an image completely transformed by the Sketch effect. 0.00 is the original
input image.
b) The larger the Clip value, the narrower the outline width.
• When Edge Color is selected
a) 100.00 gives an image completely transformed by the Sketch effect. 0.00 is the original
input image.
b) The larger the Clip value, the narrower the outline width.
• When Draw is selected
a) 100.00 gives an image completely transformed by the Sketch effect. 0.00 is the original
input image.
