Cycle and Control Value Programming Operator Manual 920011-649
5.1 General The Reliance
EPS Processor is programmed with the
following factory-set operating cycles:
SINGLE endoscope processing cycle For processing one
endoscope, placed in control handle boot "A", with or without a
WASHING phase.
DOUBLE endoscope processing cycle For processing two
endoscopes, placed in control handle boots "A" and "B", with or
without a WASHING phase.
D-SHORT and D-LONG Two decontamination cycles are
programmed for routine maintenance of the processor. Refer to
S
ECTION 6, ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, for details.
Reliance
EPS Processing Cycle is composed of a combination of
some, or all, of the following phases:
WASHINGIncludes WASH and RINSE segments.
This phase can be omitted by operator if only high level disinfection of
endoscope is required (refer to S
ECTION 4.8.2, STARTING CYCLE) and if
supervisor allowed this selection (see S
ECTION 5.2.3, SETTING
MISCELLANEOUS VALUES). Supervisor can set WASHING phase to be
repeated twice for each SINGLE or DOUBLE cycles (see S
ECTION
5.2.3, SETTING MISCELLANEOUS VALUES).

AIR PURGE
