4.8.4 Low Chemical Warning This option is used to warn operator when level of chemical in Bag-
in-a-Box indicated in display message is getting low. It should
prevent having a chemical empty alarm during a cycle.
Low chemical warning is enabled in Miscellaneous Values menu of
Supervisor mode by setting CHEMICAL WARNING option to YES
(refer to S
ECTION 5.2.3, SETTING MISCELLANEOUS VALUES).

Enzymatic Presoak and Cleaner
Bag-in-a-Box is automatically verified during start-up of SINGLE and
DOUBLE cycles with WASHING PHASE. Level of chemical in CIP
200
®
Acid-Based Process and Research Cleaner Bag-in-a-Box is
automatically verified during start-up of D-LONG cycle.
1. If chemical level is low when START touch pad is pressed,
display shows:

IMPORTANT: When previous messages are displayed,
approximately five cycles can be processed before indicated
Bag-in-a-Box is completely empty. "FAULT 08 or 09, CYCLE
DELAYED" alarm is triggered, indicating a Bag-in-a-Box is empty.
