6.13 Lubrication of
Leak Test Hose
Assembly O-Ring
See Figure 6-9.
1. Leak test hose assembly maintenance kit (P117034-898)
contains grease and lubrication tool.
2. Apply a small amount of grease on extremity of lubrication tool.
3. Gently slide extremity of tool on surface of endoscope
connection O-ring to lubricate.
6.14 Replacement of
Leak Test Hose
Assembly O-Ring
See Figure 6-9.
1. Leak test hose assembly maintenance kit (P117034-898)
contains replacement O-ring and lubrication tool required for O-
ring replacement.
2. Using a small object such as a pin or a needle, remove O-ring
from leak test connector.
3. Once removed, identify proper replacement O-ring from the
ones provided in leak test hose assembly maintenance kit.
4. Using lubrication tool from maintenance kit, install new O-ring at
same location of previously removed O-ring.
IMPORTANT: DO
NOT use pin or needle to reinstall new O-ring.
New O-ring will get damaged.
5. Proceed with O-ring lubrication as per procedure given in
S
ECTION 6.13, LUBRICATION OF LEAK TEST HOSE ASSEMBLY O-

ING.
