5.2.3 Setting Miscellaneous
Values
Miscellaneous menu allows supervisor to set time and date, to
enable or disable printer functions or to print cycle values during
cycle. Miscellaneous menu includes the following settings:

CCESSING SUPERVISOR MODE. Display shows:

MENU FUNCTION
Language To set programmed language selection.
Time To set current time of day.
Date To set current date.
Bar Code Reader To activate or deactivate bar code reader (optional accessory).
IDs To activate or deactivate scanning of Operator, Patient, Device, Procedure and
Physician IDs. Only with bar code reader present and activated.

Countdown
To set number of days before filter alarm is triggered.
WASHING Select
Option
To allow operator to select WITH WASHING or WITHOUT WASHING.
Repeat WASHING To activate or deactivate REPEAT WASHING feature for SINGLE or DOUBLE
endoscope processing cycle.
Water Sampling To allow opening of chamber door just before draining sub-phase of RINSE 2 phase.
At that time, a sample of water can be taken from the sump.
Low Chemical
Warning
To warn operator when chemical level is getting low (i.e. approximately five cycles to
process before chemical is empty).
Automatic D-SHORT To activate or deactivate second D-SHORT starting after 36 hours of inactivity.
Automated Leak Test If optional Automated Leak Test Assembly is present, to select automated leak test
feature so automated leak test can be performed at the start of an endoscope
processing cycle.
Enzyme Type To select type of enzyme used with the processor.
Printout Features To activate or deactivate duplicate, multiple and/or extended printout features to
generate more than one printout at the end of a processing cycle and/or to generate
additional space on printout to write down information.
Print Values To print current configuration programmed in Supervisor mode.
Print Cycles To print current cycle and phase values programmed.
