1D-15 Power Unit Mechanical:
27) Remove the cylinder temperature sensor (32).
28) Remove the bolt and water return union (33).
29) Remove the two bolts and oil filter adapter case (34).
30) Remove the fourteen bolts (35).
31) Lift up and remove power unit from engine holder.
Installation
Installation is reverse order of removal with special
attention to the following step.
CAUTION
Do not reuse gaskets, O-rings and seals.
Always replace with new parts.
Power unit
• Install dowel pins (1), gasket (2).
Apply water resistant grease to driveshaft splines.
: Grease 99000–25161 (SUZUKI Water
Resistant Grease (250 g))
