24) Assembly of Tilt Cylinder
1. Install a new O-ring 1 to the tilt cylinder 2.
2. Install a new dust seal 3 to the tilt cylinder 2.
3. Install the free piston 4, piston rod assy 5, and new
O-rings 6 and 7 to the inner tube 8.
4. Install the inner tube assy to the tilt cylinder 1.
During installation to the inner tube, install from
the side opposite to the outer chamfer a.
Install the free piston first. Each O-ring should be
attached to a specific position in advance.

Reserve Tank Bolt:
4.5 N · m (3.3 lb · ft) [0.46 kgf · m]

Install new O-rings
