Enter the maximum number of seconds LCR waits for a user to dial additional digits after a
0, before it drops the call from LCR, and routes it out over the local Route Plan assigned in
Program 50-5.
◆ The allowed range is 04 ~ 10 seconds. Always enter two digits. Initialised data
assigns an LCR dial zero time-out value of 06 seconds.
