Program 14-0 Overview
Assigns loop start Exchange lines to directly ring a designated ACD Group. Exchange lines
that are assigned to an ACD Group should also be assigned as a line group in Program 16. An
Exchange line can only be assigned to one ACD Group.
Important!
Agent telephones that should receive calls from lines assigned to an ACD
Group, should be assigned a 3RROHG /LQH *US button or [3'1] button
(Program 39).
ACD line calls ring Agent [3'1] and/or 3RROHG /LQH *US buttons and ACD calls that
overflow ring the overflow destination telephone [DN] buttons or Exchange / LQH
