Program *09 Overview
This program assigns DDI telephone numbers to ring specific groups. A group may be made
up of one or more stations. A station may belong to more than one group. The DK40 will
support the group range 000-069. For each group, on the Program *09 System Record Sheet,
record the DDI telephone number that should be dialled to ring that group with DDI calls.
Each DDI telephone number can only ring one group. The DDI number can be 3 or 4 digits
long. After the DDI telephone number is dialled by the caller, the call will be routed to the
group number assigned with the DDI telephone number in this program. To assign the
stations that are to ring with incoming DDI calls, (and are the member(s) of the groups), see
Programs 71 - 75. For ACD group ringing refer to Chapter 6 ACD Programming. To allocate
Alpha-tags to the groups use Program 76-1.
Notes
1. Press Key 01 to enter Blank/erase DDI extension numbers.
2. The DIAL=DATA must not be the same as any CPN data entered in Program *11.
