Program *09 Overview
Program *09 assigns tie line incoming digits to a particular ACD Group.
Related Programs
If the digits assigned to the group are sent to the Strata DK40 System on any incoming tie line
call, the call is directed to the assigned ACD Group (see Program 14-0 to assign loop start
lines and Program *10 to assign DDI lines to an ACD Group).
Important!
Ensure that the tie line digits assigned in Program *09 do not clash with any
extension numbering set in Program 04
