This monitoring value shows the actual speed of the drive as a percentage of minimum
frequency and maximum frequency.
The value 0% indicates the minimum frequency and the value 100% indicates the maximum
frequency. This monitoring value is continuously updated depending on the momentary min
and max frequencies and the output frequency.

This monitoring value shows the raw value of process data in a 32-bit signed format.
