WAREMA climatronic

Installation Instructions
A motor requires a certain time to turn the slats from the position "+80°" to
the position "-80°" (as in our simple example). In addition, this tilting time
differs for various product types. For example, an internal venetian blind re-
quires approximately 0.5 seconds, whereas this procedure can also take up
to 1.6 seconds for an external venetian blind, type WAREMA E80A6. If this
tilting time is known, it needs to be saved in the WAREMA climatronic togeth-
er with the maximum and the minimum possible tilt angle. Subsequently, the
tilt angle can be specified by simply entering the angles. The time-consuming
manual determination of tilting times becomes obsolete.
The following table shows the most common product types and their turn
times/turning angles (only WAREMA products are listed here. If you want to
control products of other manufacturers, please contact the respective manu-
facturer).

For example, if you have external venetian blinds of the type E80A6, you
need to set a value of 1.6 seconds for the tilting time, a value of +80° for the
maximum tilt angle and a value of -80° for the minimum tilt angle.
NOTE Minor changes may be necessary depending on the package weight and
motor type.
Minimum slat angle
First set the minimum slat angle according to the above table:
Select the [Minimum slat angle] line by turning the function wheel; press
the function wheel.
Change the value by turning the function wheel.
Accept the value by pressing the function wheel.
Maximum slat angle
Set the maximum slat angle in the same manner.
Turn time
Then set the tilting time for the slat according to the above table or manufac-
turer specifications.
