11. Disengage the tab and remove the Upper CRUM Holder (Parts List 3.1 Frame (1 of 2), PL 3.1.10)
from the Lower CRUM Holder (Parts List 3.1 Frame (1 of 2), PL 3.1.12).
12. Remove the CRUM Terminal(s) (Parts List 3.1 Frame (1 of 2), PL 3.1.11).
