Toner Cartridge and Drum Cartridge Errors
CAUTION: Over exposure to light reduces OPC drum sensitivity. After removal, cover the Toner
Cartridge and Drum Cartridge to block light reaching the OPC Drum.
Toner Low
The Toner Cartridge is almost empty. Toner may be low or be unevenly distributed.
Applicable Error
• 09-100: Toner Low
Initial Actions
• Turn the printer off and then on again.
• If the problem persists continue troubleshooting.
