, tighten the pickup rotor bolt.

S sealant
(onto the crankshaft position sensor lead
grommet)
Yamaha bond No.1215

4. Install:
S pickup rotor cover
S clutch cable holder
S When installing the pickup rotor cover, align
the timing chain guide (intake side) pin

of
the with the hole

in the pickup rotor cover.
S Tighten the pickup rotor cover bolts in stages
and in a crisscross pattern.
