the details of the shared review, where you can do the following:
•
Type the e-mail addresses of your reviewers in the To eld, and add
CC addresses if you like.
•
Review the default Subject and Message text, which you can mod-
ify as desired.
•
Click the Access Level pop-up arrow to display your choices. You
can allow access to anyone, or restrict access to those you invite to
the review.

Click the Review Deadline link to open the Change Review Dead-
line dialog, where you can specify a new deadline date or choose
no deadline; click OK to close the dialog and make the change.
•
Select the “Allow page view sharing and chat collaboration in this
document” check box to enable users to work with the le online
(read about online collaboration in #81, “Participating Online”).
4. Click Finish to complete the review process. Acrobat creates the review,
as well as adds a copy of the le renamed with “_review” appended to
the original name at Acrobat.com.
5. Invitations are distributed to your list of reviewers. The e-mail invita-
tion includes information about the review process, in addition to links
to the le online (Figure 79b).
It’s a Date!
Don’t worry too much if you
aren’t sure when you need
to end a review. The default
inserted by Acrobat into
your e-mail invitation is for
two weeks. You can change
the date in the invitation (as
described in step 3 of this
how-to), or even delete the
end date altogether. Once
the file is distributed, if you
want to change the date,
simply click the Review
Deadline link on the Tracker
to change or delete the date.
Enabling Files
Before you start, enable
the file for commenting if
your recipients are using
Adobe Reader 7 or 8. Open
your review file and choose
Advanced > Extend Features
in Adobe Reader. Click Save
Now in the resulting dialog
to save and store an enabled
copy of the file. Enabling is
limited to 500 copies of the
document.
When you enable a file
by extending features for
