Most probable causes Solution
Insufficient dilution of
ladder or samples.
Follow instructions in the Kit Guide. Dilution of the labeling reaction by 1:200 is recommended.
Probable causes Solution
Chip prepared with cold
reagents.
Prepare a new chip.
Allow all reagents and reagent mixes to warm up to room temperature for 30 minutes prior to use.
Store chips at room temperature.
