Most probable causes Solution
RNase contamination of the pin set. Decontaminate pin set. Follow decontamination procedure, see “How to Clean
the Pin Set of the Electrode Cartridge” on page 126.
Decontaminate pipettes and work space.
RNase contamination of chips and/or
reagents.
Prepare a new chip and fresh reagents.
Wear powder-free gloves when preparing the chip.
