Specification

Conditional instructions within an IT Block, described as being

UNPREDICTABLE in the ARM

Architecture Reference Manual ARMv8, for ARMv8-A architecture profile pseudo-code, are

executed unconditionally.

Implementation

The Cortex-A53 processor does not implement an unconditional execution policy for the

following instructions. Instead all execute conditionally:

• NEON instructions new to ARMv8.

• All instructions in the ARMv8 Cryptographic Extensions.

• CRC32.
