next to the power connector indicates potential shock hazard. Ensure
that the system is connected to a power receptacle that provides
voltage and current within the specified rating for the system. Use of
an incompatible power receptacle may produce electrical shock and
fire hazards.

two-prong plug adapter to connect primary power to the system. Use
of a two-prong adapter disconnects the utility ground, creating a
potential shock hazard. Always connect the system power cord

The BD FocalPoint™ Slide Profiler must be positioned in such a
manner that both, the power switch and the AC input are easily
accessible to the operator at all times.Unplug the supply cord from
the main circuit to disconnect the device.

The FocalPoint™ Slide Profiler must be grounded at all times. To
ensure that the power cord and outlet strip have the required
electrical current ratings, only use the cord and power strip supplied
with the unit, or as provided by BD.
