There are 2 different methods of changing gear:
• Fully pressing both the dead man lever (A) and the clutch control lever (C) (Fig. 35), operate
the gearshift lever (N, Fig. 34) to select the required gear.
• Fully releasing both the dead man lever (A) and the clutch control lever (C) (Fig. 36), operate
the gearshift lever (N, Fig. 34) to select the required gear.
To change gears, use the gearshift lever (N, Fig. 34).
NOTE
On the housing (F) of the column (Fig. 37, Fig. 38) is a label identifying the correct
sequence of gears:
• When using front implements, refer to the part of the label colored yellow (Fig. 37).
• When using rear implements, refer to the part of the label colored red (Fig. 38).
10.5.3 Independent power take-off engagement lever
WARNING
Always bring the throttle trigger (E, Fig. 33) to the idle speed position before
engaging the power take-off.
There are 2 different methods of engaging the power take-off:
• Fully pressing both the dead man lever (A) and the clutch control lever (C) (Fig. 35), engage
the power take-off lever (R, Fig. 21).
• Fully releasing both the dead man lever (A) and the clutch control lever (C) (Fig. 36), engage
the power take-off lever (R, Fig. 21).
NOTE
The power take-off lever (R) is equipped with a label showing the state of the power
take-off (Fig. 21).
The power take-off engagement lever (R, Fig. 21) operates the independent power take-off.
The independent power take-off has two speeds:
1. 585 rpm
2. 900 rpm
10.5.4 Brake lever (Fig. 24)
Operate the brake lever (A) to brake the left wheel, or to make the machine turn left. Operate
the brake lever (B) to brake the right wheel, or to make the machine turn right.
WARNING
The brake locks (C, Fig. 24) must only be used as parking brakes with machine
stopped.
