18 TRANSPORT
WARNING
When moving the machine from one work area to another, always disengage the
power take-off. Pay special attention to hard objects or artifacts (sidewalks, steps,
etc.) that could hit the tools and damage them. When the machine is equipped with
a cutter bar, mount the blade guard. The speed of the machine should always be
appropriate for the state of the environment.
WARNING
The machine MUST NOT be lifted using belts, chains or hooks. The machine has no
anchor points.
• The machine cannot be driven on a public road.
• Do not tow the machine. To transport the machine, use a suitable motor vehicle of adequate
power and size.
• When transporting the machine on a vehicle, ensure that it is firmly and securely fastened
using straps or belts.
• The machine must be transported in the horizontal position with an empty tank, also
ensuring compliance with applicable transport regulations for such machines.
• When loading the machine onto the vehicle, always choose a level area that is away from
traffic and free from potentially hazardous objects.
• Ensure that the vehicle cannot move.
• Always use certified loading ramps that are 4 times longer than the height of the vehicle’s
load body, of adequate width, with a non-slip surface and of solid construction to support
the machine’s weight, and firmly fastened.
• The machine can also be strapped to a pallet and loaded using a forklift truck. In this case
the forklift truck must be driven by an authorized operator.
