11. Air conditioning control system
11.1 System overview
11.1.1 Maintenance instructions for vehicle air conditioning system
• When repairing the air conditioning system, the negative cable of the battery must
be disconnected, and the environment and tools should be kept clean.
• Before repairing the refrigerant circulation system, use special equipment to
recover the refrigerant.
• When performing refrigerant related operations, take personal safety precautions to
avoid contact and inhalation of refrigerant.
• When repairing air conditioning pipelines, it is necessary to work in a good
ventilation environment, and it is prohibited to weld air conditioning systems containing
refrigerant.
• It is prohibited to discharge refrigerant directly into the atmosphere. Special
equipment should be used for recovery and waste refrigerant should be disposed of in
accordance with relevant regulations.
• Containers containing refrigerant should be stored in a cool place, avoiding storage
in areas exposed to sunlight and high temperatures to avoid expansion and cracking.
• The designated O-ring must be used, and a small amount of refrigerant oil should be
applied when installing the sealing ring.
• Special equipment for the maintenance of HFO-1234yf premium refrigerant should
be used for maintenance operations.
• Before filling the refrigerant, it is necessary to vacuum the system.
• Refrigerant and refrigerant oil must be stored as required, and moisture or other
impurities in the air must be prevented from seeping into them. It is prohibited to use
refrigerant oil that are not sealed for storage and expired refrigerants.
11.1.2 Instructions for use of refrigerant
• The standard evaporation temperature of the air-conditioning refrigerant is-26.5℃.
It has the characteristics of high safety, colorless, tasteless, non flammable, low toxicity,
and stable chemical properties.
• Vehicle air conditioning refrigerant has large latent heat and heat capacity, with
good refrigeration capacity; high thermal conductivity and good thermal conductivity; low
viscosity and good fluidity; no destructive effect on the ozone layer.
