6.3 Drive motor
6.3.1 Overview
The rotating magnetic field of the motor and the
stator coil work together to generate torque. Like
traditional gasoline engines, the motor does not
have idle speed, and even when the vehicle
moves from standstill to the critical state of
starting, the motor can generate maximum
driving torque, ensuring good acceleration for
the vehicle. When three-phase alternating
current is applied to the stator coil, a rotating
magnetic field is generated, which pulls the
permanent magnet inside the rotor and
generates a rotating torque synchronized with
the rotating magnetic field. The rotary
transformer is used to detect the position of the
rotor, and the current sensor detects the current
of the coil, thereby controlling the torque output
of the drive motor.

Precautions:
1. Vehicles that are unable to power on high voltage due to vehicle collisions or
wading short circuits. Separate the battery pack from the entire vehicle as early as possible.
2. Wait for 15 minutes after disconnecting the negative battery cable.
3. When disassembling and repairing accessories with high voltage electricity, it is
necessary to prepare high voltage protective equipment (insulating shoes, insulating gloves,
insulating hooks, and insulating pads).
Connect the harness connector securely, making sure you hear a click. Fault may occur
if there is no secure connection.
