13.3.9 Reversing lamp failure

Detailed steps/results/measures
G1: Check the fuse
Fuse box
1. Turn the key switch to the "OFF" position.
2. Is fuse intact?
Yes
Go to G2
No
Replace the fuse. If the fuse continues to blow, locate and repair the short circuit
according to the circuit diagram. Test and run the system to check whether it is
normal.
G2: Check the power supply of the reversing lamp relay
Combination
instrument
1. Turn the key switch to the "OFF" position.
2. Disconnect the harness end plug-in pin
3. Is the voltage between the plug-in pin at the harness end of the
measuring instrument and the vehicle body grounding point displayed as
low voltage battery voltage?
Yes
Go to G3
No
Find and repair the circuit between the fuse and the pin of the instrument
harness plug-in according to the circuit diagram, and test and run the
system to check whether it is normal.
G3: Check the power supply of the reversing lamp
1. Turn the key switch to the "OFF" position.
2. Disconnect the front body harness plug-in from the vehicle body
harness
3. Turn the key switch to the "ON" position.
4. Place the gearshift lever in "R" gear.
