1. Install the front door in the reverse
order of removal.
• As shown in the figure, apply sealant to
the hinge mounting surface and lubricating
grease the rotating parts.
• When the sealing strip hardens, it can
cause water leakage. In this case, replace
with a new sealing strip.
• Adjust the position of the door lock ring
to ensure the correct positioning of the
door.
• Adjust the rear door gasket so that the
door remains in contact with the vehicle
body when closed.
• After installation, open and close the
door to check its clearance. When there is
clearance, replace the door opening limiter
pin.
