Maintenance recommendations:
1. If recoverable after cooling, no processing is required;
2. If it still appears after cooling, check the wiring harness and thermal sensitivity;
3. Replace the motor control unit.

1.Detection
one second
after
power-on;
2. No battery
fault;
1. The controller detects that the
hard wire fault signal is valid,
accumulating 10 times within 10s; or
angle reading CRC verification is
failed, accumulated 5 times within 5
minutes;
2.1 Start timing after the first controller
fault:
i) Within 10 consecutive seconds, 10
single faults are detected, the rotary
transformer fault is reported, and the
reset is stopped at the same time;
ii) The timer reaches 10 seconds. The
fault count and timer will be cleared if the
timer is less than 10 times.
2.2 Controller angle reading CRC
verification is failed:
i) After the first verification failure, five
verification failures occur within 5
consecutive minutes, and a rotary
transformer fault is reported;
ii) After the first verification failure,
if the verification is failed less than 5
times within 5 consecutive minutes,
reset the fault count and timer.
