When Pr.02-09 is set to 3: the increasing / decreasing frequency command (F) operates according
to the
exponential curve.
When Pr.02-09 is set to 4: the increasing / decreasing frequency command (F) operates according
to the setting of Pr.02-10 per every 100 ms.
Multi-function Input Response Time
Default: 0.005
Settings 0.000–30.000 sec.
Use this parameter to set the response time of the digital input terminals MI1–MI7.
This function is to delay and confirm the digital input terminal signal. The time for delay is also
the time for confirmation. The confirmation prevents interference that could cause error in the
input to the digital terminals. But in the meanwhile, it delays the response time though
confirmation improves accuracy.

Settings
0000h–FFFFh (0: N.O.; 1: N.C.)
This parameter setting is in hexadecimal.
