Cause Corrective Actions
Power-off Improve power supply condition.
Power voltage changes Adjust voltage to the power range of the drive.
Start up the motor with large
capacity.
Check the power system.
Increase the capacity of power equipment.
The load is too large.
Reduce the load.
Increase the drive capacity.
Increase the acceleration time.
DC bus Install DC reactor(s).
Check if there is short circuit
plate or any DC reactor
installed between terminal +1
and +2.
Connect short circuit plate or DC reactor between terminal +1 and +2.
If the error still exists, return to the factory for repair.
