13.1 Setting bobbin case retainer and pocket bag clamp

The device (part number 0745 597994) is used to smoothen and safely
hold in place the fullness in the area of the pocket opening that was
caused by darts.
The device is made up of the following components:
• Bobbin case retainer (2)
• Pocket bag clamp (1)
Proper setting
The bobbin case retainer (2) is aligned such that it moves down close to
the folder on the right / left as well as close to the front in the area of the
sewing start.
WARNING
Risk of injury from moving parts!
Crushing possible.
Do not check and adjust the bobbin case retainer
and the pocket bag clamp unless the sewing unit is
switched off.
