15 Pressure supply
15.1 Setting the pressure monitor

Proper setting
The operating pressure for the sewing unit is 6 bar. The operating pressure
is indicated at the pressure gage (3).
At the moment of maximum air consumption, the pressure monitor (1) may
indicate a low pressure level. The switching threshold of the pressure
monitor is set at 4.7
± 0.2 bar.
To set the pressure monitor:
1. Pull up the pressure controller (4) and turn it until the pressure level is
at 4.7
±0.2 bar.
2. Select the menu Service > Multi test > Multi test I/O on
the control panel ( p. 274).
3. Select input element S11.
4. Loosen the screw (2) on the pressure monitor (1).
If display reads S11-:
• Turn the screw (2) clockwise until the display reads S11+.
• Slightly turn the screw (2) counterclockwise until the display reads
S11- again.
