Smart Stop is enabled and disabled using the enable/disable menu item.

The maximum me that the pump will run while shung down is set using the
Stop me menu item.
▪ The size of the dry pump speed reducons is congured using the Step size menu
item. The me between speed step reducons is automacally calculated by the
soware based on the size of the speed step reducons and the maximum me
the pump will run.
▪ The pump can be triggered to stop when its internal temperature reaches a certain
set point. Select the Setpoint menu to congure the set point temperature.
▪ The pump can be triggered to stop a certain me period aer it has cooled to the
set point temperature. Select the Sele me menu to adjust the me period.
9.8.2 How to congure ramped speed increase
The pump has a congurable intelligent on‑process behaviour mode called on‑process
ramp. When the on‑process ramp is enabled, the speed of the pump is ramped up
gradually when accelerang from the green mode/standby speed to the process speed.
This gradual acceleraon can prevent a large disturbance to the process load which
could result in a slug of process material being drawn into the pump.
Note:
The on
‑
process ramp is only eecve if the Green mode/standby speed of less than full
speed has been set. Contact us for more informaon about conguring the Green mode/
standby speed.
