Fault Warning 39.11 - Exh Press High
Cause The pressure in the exhaust pipeline is too high.
- A valve in the pipeline may be shut.
- There may be process debris or condensaon in the exhaust pipeline.
- You may have too many pumping systems connected to the exhaust pipeline.
Remedy Refer to Unplanned shut down and alarms on page 61 to determine the exhaust
pressure that triggered the warning.
Check that all valves in the exhaust line are open and consider whether process
debris or condensaon are likely.
Fault Warning 39.13 - Sensor missing
Cause The exhaust pressure transducer is not ed, disconnected or has failed.
Remedy Check and recfy as necessary.

Warning 51.13 - Sup Missing
Cause There is a communicaon problem within the pump controller. Refer to Pump
controller communicaons on page 173 for more informaon.
Remedy Cycle the power to the pump. If the warning persists, contact us to replace the
pump controller.
Fault Warning 54.11 - MB Temp High
Cause The temperature of the booster pump is too high.
Remedy Check that the cooling water is connected, switched on and is to the specicaon
given in Cooling water data.

Cause The booster temperature sensor may have become disconnected or failed.
Remedy - Check that the booster pump temperature sensor is
ed and is correctly
connected.
- Check the operaon of the sensor and replace it if it has failed.

Cause The internal temperature of the pump is too high.
