If the limit line is black, the tester does not evaluate
the measurement at those frequencies because a dB
rule applies. See “About dB Rules” on page 150.
The TIA C6A patch cord limit has a lower limit for the
3,6-4,5 pairs than for other pairs, so the screen shows
two limit lines.
 The vertical scale is the measured value in decibels.
