The VALUE is the difference in the resistances of the two wires
in the pair.
The tester uses the measured resistances of the two wires and
the maximum unbalanced percentage specified by the selected
test limit to calculate the LIMIT for each pair. The VALUE is in a
red box if it exceeds the LIMIT.
The overall result for the resistance unbalance test.
