The VALUE is the difference in the resistances of the pairs. The
resistance of each pair is the parallel resistance of the wires in
the pair. The tester uses the measured resistance of the wires to
calculate the parallel resistance of the pair. Then, the tester
uses the resistance of each pair and the maximum unbalanced
percentage specified by the selected test limit to calculate the
LIMIT for each pair. The VALUE is in a red box if it exceeds the
LIMIT.
