shows a warning when it adds a launch or tail event.
Some conditions can possibly prevent the tester from adding a tail
event:
The link is shorter than the tail cord.
The end event does not show at the same location for both
wavelengths.
The reflectance of the end event is less than -20 dB.
There are events after the end of the link.
