Main tester with HDR OTDR module

Launch and tail cords. (optional for PON
tests) or a patch cord. Match the fiber to
be tested. Cords must have an APC
connector at one end for the HDR OTDR
port.
FI-1000 video probe with
USB connector
Fiber cleaning supplies
AC adapter with line cord
(optional)
WCaution
Do not connect PC or UPC connectors to the HDR OTDR port.
Doing so can damage the port’s APC endface, and the large
reflection at the OTDR port can cause unreliable test results.
