4 Click the [OK] button.
→ The user account setup starts.
5 Click the [Done] button to return to the [User Settings] screen.
■ Delete User Account
The procedure to delete a user accounts is as follows:
1 Click [Setup User Account] in [Action].
2 Select the deletion target user accounts (multiple selections can be made), and
click the [Delete] button.
• Checkbox
Select the checkbox for the user account to be deleted.
• "Software" is the dedicated role that is used for external
software. A user account with the "Software" role cannot log in
to GUI.
• To change the password, select the "Change Password"
checkbox.
• In the following cases, an error screen appears:
- When a parameter does not satisfy the input conditions
- When the "Change Password" checkbox is selected and
"New Password" and/or "Confirm New Password" is not
entered
- When the "Change Password" checkbox is selected and
"New Password" does not match "Confirm New Password"
