→ Creation of a REC Disk Buffer starts.
4 Click the [Done] button to return to the [REC Disk Buffer] screen.
8.2.18 Delete REC Disk Buffer
This function deletes a REC Disk Buffer.
The procedure to delete a REC Disk Buffer is as follows:
1 Select the REC Disk Buffer that is to be deleted (multiple selections can be
made) and click the [Delete REC Disk Buffer] button in [Action].
→ A confirmation screen appears.
An error screen appears in the following conditions:
• When four or eight drives are not selected
• When the selected drive is registered for different purposes
• When the status of the selected drive is not [Present]
• When the selected drive does not exist
• When Online and SSDs are selected simultaneously
• When the same name for the RAID group is specified as that of
an existing RAID group
• When the specified name for the RAID group does not satisfy the
input conditions
• When the "Name" field is not entered
REC Disk Buffers that have been assigned to the REC Buffer cannot be
deleted.
